Welcome to Sarah's Book Nook!
Your Blind Date with a Book will be carefully handpicked for you depending on the genre and condition you choose. Each book is wrapped in brown recyclable paper, and twine.
You will also receive everything you need to start annotating and tabbing your books. A pretty bookmark, one set of colourful book tabs, and a small selection of bookish stickers will be included.
Choose your favourite genre or leave it as a surprise! If you're worried about receiving a book you have already read, feel free to use the personalisation section to let me know. You can also leave your Goodreads or Storygraph account so I have a better idea of the books you enjoy. Please bear in mind that if you don't send me your account, there is a chance you will get a book you have already read.
Please note that all books are in English.
Please bear in mind that some books may have content for those 18+, including but not limited to sexual content, violence, swearing or other mature content. If you would like a book without mature content, please leave a note in the personalisation note box. If there are any specific trigger warnings or content you would like to avoid, please leave it in the personalisation box.
I only select books that have a rating of 3.5/5 or above on Goodreads. If you've chosen a pre-loved book, it will have been gently used, sometimes with minor wear and tear, but no major damage or missing pages. Books that are part of a series will either be the first book or are part of a series that can be read in any order.
If you've chosen this as a gift, use the personalisation box to leave a note and I will include it in the box.

This was my first time doing a blind date with a book. I've been following this page on instagram for a while and the packaging looked so cute I had to get one! I've been trying to bring more variety into my reading this year and I loved getting this surprise book and trying something new!
Beautifully wrapped with lots of little added extras like book stickers and a bookmark, I would highly recommend this as a thoughtful gift or treat for yourself. I also love that you can order a pre-loved book as well. Will definitely be re-purchasing!

I was in a bit of a reading slump having a lot of choices already on my TBR and heard about the 'blind date with a book' concept on Instagram. So I googled it and Sarah's Book Nook came up, I went to her insta page and watched the process video and thought I should leave my choice to someone else.
I picked my genre and sent through my Goodreads profile. After about a week a package arrived, it was so loving wrapped I actually didn't want to open it and ruin it!!!
But I did open it and read the blurb on the back of the book, couldn't wait to start and once I did I couldn't put it down!!!
